To participate in the Athletics Program, students must have an OCPS Sports Physical turned in for the specific school year and a cumulative MS 2.0 GPA.

 

Medical eligibility and parental consent

All sports registration sections must be completed and submitted online or to the coach BEFORE you can participate in any way (including tryouts).

Each student must be registered in the Aktivate system

  • Please complete sports registrations/forms online in the Aktivate system. If you are unable to do so, please utilize the 2024-2025 Annual Sports Form and turn into Coach Lundy.
  • Upload a current sports physical into Aktivate (“FHSAA EL2 forms”, “page 3 of 4” and “page 4 of 4”). This is in order to be medically eligible to participate.
  • Make sure the “EL2” forms say “revised 4/24” under the “EL2” box in the top right corner.
  • These are the ONLY ACCEPTABLE forms from the doctor. Once completed by the doctor, scan or take a picture and upload into  Aktivate.

The registration process includes sections for parental consent to participate and a section to download/print the physical form to take to the doctor as well.  Please upload the completed form into the student registration.

*NOTE: When you register on Aktivate, select all 4 sports so that you will only have to do one registration. If you only select one sport and decide to participate in additional sports, you will have to register again.

No additional “ECG” or “EKG” exam is needed.

Cluster Championships: 04/14-04/17

                           County Championships:  04/21-04/24

 

 

This season, boys will play first followed by the girls in all contests. Start times are an approximation. Parents, please be prepared to pay $5 adult/ $2 child admission to all home and away games.
