Dear Kelly Park Families,

Welcome back to a new year at Kelly Park School!

I am proud to be your principal, and I am looking forward to continuing this thrilling educational journey with our students, families, faculty, staff, and the community.

Kelly Park is an A-rated school that serves students in Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade. We opened our doors in August of 2022 and immediately began developing a culture of innovation, inclusion, and engagement. In addition to rigorous academic offerings, students have an opportunity to participate in engaging extracurricular activities designed to fit their interests, as well as a variety of elective course offerings.  Our Panthers in grades 6 – 8 can also participate in sports including soccer, volleyball, basketball, and track. At Kelly Park School, providing our students with a high-quality education in a safe and joyful learning environment is our top priority.

We are proud to offer the internationally-recognized Cambridge International program at our school. We focus on providing instruction that fosters the five Cambridge attributes...confidence, responsibility, reflection, innovation, and engagement. The program is designed to promote critical thinking and collaboration. In middle school, students have the opportunity to participate in Cambridge courses, including Global Perspectives, which focuses on thinking critically about a range of topics while considering multiple viewpoints.

We are looking forward to partnering with our families and community members. We encourage each of our families to get involved in our school this year in either curricular, extracurricular, sports, clubs, or parent organizations.

Be sure to sign up as an ADDitions volunteer in August. If you are a business interested in becoming a Partner in Education, we’d love to talk with you!

Stay up-to-date with important dates and upcoming events by following us on Twitter @KellyParkSchool, joining our Facebook page, Kelly Park School OCPS, or on Instagram @KellyParkSchool. We will also be communicating extensively through the Parent Square platform.

If you have any questions or concerns about your child throughout the year please don’t hesitate to reach out to your classroom teacher or any of the student support staff including administration so we can help to support your child. Should you need anything please email kellyparkschool@ocps.net or call us at 407-410-5900.

I look forward to engaging with all of our KPS families and leading our school to another year of continued success!

Go Kelly Park Panthers!
