OCPS has targeted areas for rezoning that could potentially affect Kelly Park. A community meeting is taking place at the RBELC on Monday, March 23, 2026 @ 6 pm to explain the rezoning process, discuss factors considered for each proposed attendance zone, engage in discussion as to each proposal’s attributes, and obtain community feedback.
